
I want this to be the cover of my next book. I don’t care what the book is about (and I don’t know, either!), but this has to be the cover. Shary Boyle (click here) is a Canadian artist who uses classic molds for her fabulous nutty porcelain figurines–she just sometimes uses more legs or arms than you might expect. Those Canadians are darker than they let on. There’s an interview with her on PingMag (click here). She dips real lace in porcelain clay. I love these!
